Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once payment is completed.

Color printouts with spiral binding are shipped free across India in 4–7 days. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your parcel is damaged in transit, share an unboxing video with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement.
If your payment was debited but no order was created, or you were charged twice for the same order, message us on WhatsApp with your transaction ID and we will refund the extra amount to the original payment method.
